Founder & Commander of VOID Operations Support (VOS)
As the founder of VOID Dynamics, Fleet Admiral Jumboshrimp serves as the organization's senior executive and strategic leader. Responsible for defining the long-term vision of VOID, he oversees organizational development, alliance relations, major initiatives, and critical decision-making across every division.
Prior to founding VOID Dynamics, Jumboshrimp spent years leading and developing multiple organizations and gaming communities throughout his time in Star Citizen. His experience building communities from the ground up has shaped his leadership philosophy: strong organizations are built through trust, collaboration, and empowering members to succeed.
In addition to leading the organization, he commands VOID Operations Support (VOS), directing large-scale logistics, transportation, infrastructure development, and operational planning.

Having held leadership positions across multiple Star Citizen communities over the years, Freehand brings valuable operational experience and a people-first approach to leadership.
As Commander of VOID Defense Services (VDS), he oversees all security and defensive operations, ensuring industrial assets, personnel, and allied forces are protected throughout every mission.

Admiral SandmanII leads the industrial heart of VOID Dynamics. As Commander of the VOID Industrial Division (VID), he directs resource acquisition, mining, salvage, repair operations, and industrial planning that fuel the organization's continued growth.
Over years of participating in Star Citizen organizations and leadership teams, Sandman has developed extensive experience coordinating industrial gameplay and supporting community development.
Serving as VOID's Senior Industrial Advisor, he provides strategic guidance on industrial expansion, production efficiency, resource management, and long-term economic planning.

Serving as the primary liaison between enlisted members and commissioned leadership, he provides mentorship, guidance, and advocacy while helping maintain the standards and traditions of the organization.
Working primarily alongside VOID Defense Services, he serves as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the VDS Commander, offering practical operational insight and ensuring enlisted perspectives remain an integral part of organizational decision-making.
